Wood Restoration and Preservation

Higher than average rainfall has created extended periods of moisture. This condition promotes mold and algae growth and causes existing wood finishes to fail. Before a preservative is applied the contaminants, and any failing finish, must be removed and the wood surface restored to its natural state.

We have the knowledge and equipment to remove mold, algae, dirt and nearly any finish without damage to the wood substrate. The proper soaps, combined with low pressure, ensure the desired results are obtained safely and efficiently in accordance with industry standards.

Once the surface has been cleaned to bare wood we will apply a preservative designed to fight mildew growth and to protect against moisture and UV damage. This final step also enhances the beauty of your deck.

Pressure Washing Roofing

When you want to power wash roof surfaces it's a delicate process of using the right chemicals, water volume and pressure. Most people believe using 3,000 - 4,000 psi to power wash is the fastest and most effective way to get the job done.
